WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
4 Continuing Education Credits

REALTOR® members are required to take the NAR Code of Ethics class every quadrennial. REALTORS® who last took NAR Code of Ethics between Jan. 1, 2005 and Dec. 31, 2008 must take the course again by Dec. 31, 2012. Non-members are welcome to take this course to learn the same ethical business practices that REALTORS® have been required to follow for decades.

Learn the 17 articles of the Code of Ethics, which instances Vermont law overrides portions of the Code, the disciplinary process for breaking the code, and the process followed by the Vermont Office of Professional Regulations in cases of unprofessional conduct.



ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Monika McGillicuddy has been a REALTOR® since 1984. She is a two-time REALTOR® of the Year recipient, and currently serves as the president of the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS®. Monika has been a real estate instructor since 1988, and teaches license renewal credit courses as well as the GRI, Quick Start, Agency and Ethics courses and workshops on social media. She currently serves on the NAR Professional Standards Committee and is a Professional Standards and Mediation instructor for NAR.
