The Vermont Association of REALTORS® invites you to join us for our 2012 Legislative Day on January 25 at the Capitol Plaza Hotel in Montpelier.
This event is a great opportunity for REALTORS® and affiliate members to gain valuable insights into the 2012 legislative session and issues that are important to real estate and to homeownership.
The morning session will also include an interactive panel discussion about the impact of Tropical Storm Irene on real estate in Vermont. Numerous issues have arisen in the aftermath of this historical storm. Topics will include: The flood and the law; Selling and financing property affected by the flood; issues that lurk for homeowners, and much more. You won't want to miss this important and timely, interactive discussion.
