Learn more about REALTOR® member findings

  • More than three-quarters of consumers strongly agree that owning a home is an investment in your future.
  • Over two-thirds of consumers surveyed said the campaign ads made them feel more positive about homeownership.
  • A majority (55 percent) of consumers thought that the ads counteracted negative news stories.
  • An all-time high of 76 percent of consumers surveyed said they would be more likely to use a REALTOR® in their next transaction than an agent who wasn't a REALTOR® or try to buy a home without professional representation. This is up from only 50 percent in 2001.
