VT Real Estate Law for Pre-Licensing

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
Are you an out-of-state salesperson or broker who wants to become licensed in Vermont?

Depending on what state you're from, you may need to take the full 40-hour salesperson or broker pre-licensing course. In some cases, the Vermont real estate law portion may be all you need before sitting for your real estate exam.

Prior to signing up for this class, please contact the Vermont Real Estate Commission at (802) 828-3228 to determine the requirements you need to take your real estate exam.
